Chris Pidgeon - Drums

Chris has been a professional musician and teacher for 20 years.

Formally trained, Chris earned his spurs playing in orchestras and theatre shows from an early age.  He then joined a Latin Jazz/Rock outfit, playing at shows and festivals throughout the country for a number of years.

He then moved on to become a founding member of a number of successful function and covers bands, amassing a vast amount of experience as a live performer and band leader. 

These roles have taken him to shows all over Europe, and established him as an "in demand" session and live drummer and guitarist.

Chris runs his own independent teaching studio in Nottingham, providing lessons on drums, percussion, guitar and bass guitar. 

He occupies the drum chair in The Splinter Band, and contributes backing vocals.
